The transport company you hired (InPost) is terrible. In my case, the locker point was not available, instead of calling me or calling you to see if it could be left at another locker point or address, they left with the order. I receive an email to choose another locker point. Two days later, the order is relabeled and at least two more days to deliver it back to me, according to InPost, it's rubbish.
