The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.

The transport company you hired (InPost) is terrible. In my case, the locker point was not available, instead of calling me or calling you to see if it could be left at another locker point or address, they left with the order. I receive an email to choose another locker point. Two days later, the order is relabeled and at least two more days to deliver it back to me, according to InPost, it's rubbish. My question is, why pay shipping costs if the deadlines are not met? To make matters worse, you receive complaints from users, and despite that, you continue to work with this company.
