I received a pendant that was not the one. The price difference is not very big but I liked the other one more because of the finish it had. I wrote an email and they haven't replied yet, I don't know if they will. This is the second time I buy and the first time was very good, except for this mistake, the rest of the order was correct.

The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.

They answered me about one of the products I wanted to return because I made a mistake. That was fine. I think I am not going to return it after all.
