The opinion is not about the quality of the order, it is about the delivery policies of Nacex that if I note in the observations that it should be left in my private garden to facilitate delivery, the company does not do it and I still do not have the order because I work and cannot pick it up.

The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.

The service is not bad, the truth is that the order arrived in a super fast day, crossing all of Spain. But I contacted via WhatsApp to ask some questions I had. They answered me about one of the products I wanted to return because I made a mistake. That was fine. I think I am not going to return it after all. But I also asked a question about exactly what minerals were in the pack of five hanging stones. And I did not receive a response again. Nothing, that's all.

The transport company you hired (InPost) is terrible. In my case, the locker point was not available, instead of calling me or calling you to see if it could be left at another locker point or address, they left with the order. I receive an email to choose another locker point. Two days later, the order is relabeled and at least two more days to deliver it back to me, according to InPost, it's rubbish. My question is, why pay shipping costs if the deadlines are not met? To make matters worse, you receive complaints from users, and despite that, you continue to work with this company. I don't think I will buy anything from your store again.
