The website is a shame, there are products that appear that there is and then there is not or the other way around. An online purchase and horrible! Late shipment, a damaged product, products that do not correspond, collection of the package for the return without confirming the address well, waiting another week to pick up the shipment and waiting for the products to arrive well. If I have to buy again I will have to go to the warehouse, the guys are lovely but it is a disaster in terms of logistics and that a shipment takes so long to be sent, picked up and with the problems it has generated.... Loss of sales and time

It was very well wrapped. I did not find the information to know what time it arrived and be home the day and time it was estimated to arrive, but when I arrived it was at the door and very well wrapped. Thank you very much for everything, it is cheap and great service.

When ordering several products, they should be identified (with labels, for example) so that you know which one is which.

Everything was great and the delivery was super fast. The only thing I still think is that you include too much plastic in your packaging. You should consider more sustainable options.

Fast delivery. I would place the pieces in another packaging, for example in cotton cloth so that the stones are not in contact with the plastic or with each other.

It is easy and fast to buy through the web. The quality of the product is adapted to its price. Insufficient stock. Lack of a variety in rolled mineral pendant in the wholesale area.
