Customer reviews of Vives de la Cortada

As expected

Good value for money products

all right

I almost always buy at Vives de la Cortada, they are friendly, attentive and usually serve quickly. My four stars are because lately I can't restock the products I need because they don't have stock of most of them. I hope they can restock soon so I can continue to buy what I need.

All correct. Maybe some product too small but ok

Everything perfect

It is just what I asked for, just like the image presented.

Fast service and product true to description

Pleasantly surprised. I have placed my first order and it will not be my last. I am very happy with the quality of the products. I ordered several pendants and bracelets and their quality and finish is higher than what you see in the pictures. Also, the crystals have a very nice energy. However, one of the pierced crystals I ordered has a hole that is too narrow and none of my chains fit :(

everything good, except the delivery time.

I had to exchange a defective part, but otherwise, everything was fine. The attention received above all. Thank you very much

They are very friendly and attentive to customers and solve all problems quickly.

Gostei mt

The color of the mineral was somewhat different from the photo.

I did not know this store and bought several economic pendants. The hooks are not of the best quality, but of course, in the end for the price ... little more you can ask for. I do not rule out buying things again.

The package took several days to be delivered and they did not bring it.

Just a mistake, I had ordered Turquoise necklaces and received Lapis Lazuli necklaces. Problem with the wording and photo.

Perfect !

All normal

Good service

Great order as usual, but I was missing some items but after sending an email to the company, they were very reactive and sent me back the missing things.

Everything perfect but I think too much expense in plastic to pack the products. I found it very exaggerated. Anyway I understand that it is to protect from possible breakage or problems in the state of the product. The rest is perfect.

Correct order, received on time. Very nice stones

The order arrived quickly, 48 hours. And well packaged. Only (I ordered 3 gua sha massagers) and two have small as mini breaks. I understand that being authentic stones and minerals you can pass, but I consider that the polishing should be better, since its use is in skin massage (and can damage the skin).

Good quality bracelet

In general it is fine but the cloth bags are always missing some. In the last order I have missed 6 and some more with failure.

Good

Delivery was fine, but I was just disappointed by the size of the so-called medium-sized geodes, which for me are very small, and by the price of the black tourmalines, which are of fine quality. Thank you

very good. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because after i ordered, it turned out they didnt have everything i ordered. their web page wasnt up to date. sebastion from the warehouse called me, he was very helpful & apologetic about the problem. we fixed the problem, i am very satisfied / happy with my experience / solution buying from vives cortada. el unico motivo que di 4 estrallas en vez de 5, es por que despues de pagar / hacer mi pedido, resulta no tenian todo que yo habia pedido. sebasation del almacen me llamo, me explico el problema y lo solucianomos sin problemas. el sebastion era muy amable y muy professional. estoy contento con la calidad y mi experiencia comprando de vives cortada.

Good quality and speed.

They need to better express the theme of the earrings. In the end I have two pairs. You should put pair of earrings and not "button earring" as it appears.

the products are in conformity with the order, speed of sending, the only disadvantage, it is that there is no identification, reference or name on each article .... only point to be improved thank you

Quality. And a good online deal.

All correct

Good

Everything is perfect, although I still have one of the crystals pending, which was out of stock and the website said there was availability.

I love it and especially the service that arrived earlier than expected, just to say that I love it.
