The Nacex delivery person (the same as always because he takes the same route) marked me as absent when there were people at home, both on the 1st floor and on the ground floor. Besides, I provided my phone number when I saw that the company was Nacex so that he could call me and indicate where he could leave the package, and he didn't call me.
