Hello, I want to exchange 1 piece for another and if it is not possible to proceed to the return of the product. How long does it take to return the product? Thank you

It's been several times that I place an order and I don't receive the total order and I have to make a claim to be reimbursed.

I received something different from what I ordered, since they should have been Lemurian quartz needles and in reality I received raw Lemurian quartz points. I did not return them because I was traveling and I needed them for the trip, I had to adjust my therapy.

I am not very happy with the stones that I have received so far with my last order. I have received stones that are not totally what they say, for example I ordered Charoite and I received a stone formed by charoite powder combined surely with resins and dye to make it look real. There are others that are not but really, when I order from these people I never know if what I am going to receive is totally real or if it is a mixture of other stones or even worse resins...is it normal that they are so cheap?

Parcel sent quickly but I am not satisfied with the quality of what I received. One of the suncatchers is damaged.

Hello we had in the package a box with rose quartz massager without the ghasha. Also the three tiger eye stones are visually split and glued. Part of the order is correct but the quality is not. Kind regards

Quite happy with my order although I expected the opals to be more colorful and one of the bronze pendants had a crushed clasp. Otherwise everything was fine.

Hello Lack of reactivity UPS delivery for more than 30 euros with a promise of delivery within 48 hours (order placed on Monday before noon, delivery expected on Wednesday) and on Wednesday the order is still being prepared for a missing item even though it was available when the order was placed.

In the photos the feeling is that the stones have another color. It is true that it warns, but in my case, the tonality and transparency is very different. There are even many cracks in 2 of the pieces. Next time I will buy them in person, at a fair or in a store. It arrived very well protected, and the transport agency contacted me to adjust the delivery schedule.

I ordered sea water, and I got a white color, I know that sometimes the stones have different shades, but the blue tone is not visible anywhere.

The tiger eye bracelet perfect and good quality, or garnet bracelet 90 percent of the beads were pitted and some scratched.

Most of the order that I have received looks worse than in the photos, several broken quartz and a bracelet broke a few days later. They sent me the order incomplete and outside the agreed date.

The website is a shame, there are products that appear that there is and then there is not or the other way around. An online purchase and horrible! Late shipment, a damaged product, products that do not correspond, collection of the package for the return without confirming the address well, waiting another week to pick up the shipment and waiting for the products to arrive well. If I have to buy again I will have to go to the warehouse, the guys are lovely but it is a disaster in terms of logistics and that a shipment takes so long to be sent, picked up and with the problems it has generated.... Loss of sales and time

Very fast delivery but two of the products I bought were of very poor quality. One broke in less than a day and the other, the next day.
