The silver items arrived very dirty and there is no way to clean them, plus the silver is coming off the stone, an aquamarine looks like it is bruised and shattered.. the bronze pendants come on the website with a chain and the ones I received come with a cheap string... The shipment took a long time to arrive and the delivery was quite difficult. I do not have the invoice visibly and the products arrived quite poorly presented, without even labels to distinguish some minerals that lead to confusion, nor a minimal presentation of the product.

The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.
