Orders are processed quickly, and that's really great. The only thing I regret a bit is that some items are out of stock, which is a shame. The silver items arrived very dirty and there is no way to clean them, plus the silver is coming off the stone, an aquamarine looks like it is bruised and shattered.. the bronze pendants come on the website with a chain and the ones I received come with a cheap string...
