I paid for a more expensive delivery in less than 5 days and I was delivered in 1 week because it took 4 days for the package to leave, some items are missing and I am waiting for the refund. I would prefer to be informed about replacements.

One of the bracelets has come broken
After placing an order on the website and paying for it, I did not receive one of the products. Items are fine, but they take forever to prepare and ship orders.

I am not very happy with the stones that I have received so far with my last order. I have received stones that are not totally what they say, for example I ordered Charoite and I received a stone formed by charoite powder combined surely with resins and dye to make it look real. There are others that are not but really, when I order from these people I never know if what I am going to receive is totally real or if it is a mixture of other stones or even worse resins...is it normal that they are so cheap?
Parcel sent quickly but I am not satisfied with the quality of what I received. One of the suncatchers is damaged.
Hello we had in the package a box with rose quartz massager without the ghasha. Also the three tiger eye stones are visually split and glued. Part of the order is correct but the quality is not. Kind regards

Hello Lack of reactivity UPS delivery for more than 30 euros with a promise of delivery within 48 hours (order placed on Monday before noon, delivery expected on Wednesday) and on Wednesday the order is still being prepared for a missing item even though it was available when the order was placed.
In the photos the feeling is that the stones have another color. It is true that it warns, but in my case, the tonality and transparency is very different. There are even many cracks in 2 of the pieces. Next time I will buy them in person, at a fair or in a store. It arrived very well protected, and the transport agency contacted me to adjust the delivery schedule.
I ordered sea water, and I got a white color, I know that sometimes the stones have different shades, but the blue tone is not visible anywhere.
