I bought a new battery on the online store. The battery I received within 48 hours turned out to be a defective one that came from a customer service return. I contacted them and followed the return procedure, but I am still waiting for the battery I purchased 18 days ago.

Simplistic or rather non-existent operating instructions, crutch not adapted and I was offered to buy another recognizing that it was not adapted.but nice bike.I will buy the 2nd elsewhere.
