Delivery time and commitment not respected, yet he had the product in stock. Damaged product that I was only able to see once unpacked, carrier via parcel relay who didn't want to know anything, Wagendass service available but very unpleasant. And above all, the reference given for the equivalent material was wrong! The part I ordered is not compatible, yet is sold as such. In short... this site is to be avoided!

The starter for my bike didn't fit (incorrect dimensions). An adaptable part probably from a bad Chinese or Eastern manufacturer.
But that I can accept. I'm sorry that, despite my request, nobody bothered. So I took some parts from the old one and put them on the new one... I won't be asked again. On the other hand, the logistical service is perfect... I got it in record time and I had a very nice and efficient person from wagendass (probably the store). On the other hand, I can't advise you enough to check the quality and the respect of the dimensions... and above all to reply to customers when you have a complaint about a purchase.
