The right part delivered, but by my research!... Quality seems fine, from a time served mechanic, but the 2 days before dispatch we find untimely.

Very good responsiveness. Good value for money. I didn't give them top marks because of the delivery. I paid for delivery to a relay point, and on all the documents it's noted the relay point delivery address. The parcel arrived at the billing address at 1pm and was picked up by a neighbor passing by on the road. Not even an identity check. It could have been anyone who took delivery. Luckily, the neighbor was honest.

This is the second time I've ordered from Wagendass and I've been very satisfied with the quality of the parts and the service, but I really have to stop delivery with CHRONOPOST, which is completely lacking in seriousness. After a 1st day delay, this is the 2nd time they've postponed delivery for supposedly "Prolonged absence of the recipient" when it's done in a Super-U that stays open all day! Who are they kidding? I paid a fast delivery supplement for nothing!

carrier tracking: the parcel was dropped off at a neighbor's house without leaving a message. I wasted several days looking for the parcel until the neighbor showed up.

I ordered gaskets for my carburettors and I received my order but it was in a simple unprotected package. I'm lucky that nothing is bent.

Very bad packaging hs product

Trustworthy site, but delivery always takes longer than expected...

The parts are of average quality and I'm not even talking about the half-open packaging due to the non-existence of scotch tape.

starter not working

ok not very serious i ordered several sets of brooms there are sets of 4 brooms and sets of 2 brooms but never a set of 1 broom?

Part received with the piston clevis bent or welded askew. Impossible to reassemble the solenoid, as the body is no longer aligned with the starter fork. I was asked to return a non-compliant item at my own expense, within a standard return period. In a hurry I reassembled the old piston, which is identical in dimensions. No commercial gesture for the same brand and ref, sold for 20 euros less on EBAY, look for the error... The stock yes, the price no, the quality to flee.

Starter received does not correspond to my order, €15 non-refunded return postage, site to be avoided.

Fake and cheap car parts made in Poland, with 300€ , no good !!

bad packaging and tried to blame it on me also lost some return money because of dirty finger marks,it's off a tractor not a TV. Also I lost return money because of a late return ,that was due to instructions for returns being in French

Delivery time of 6 days, including 4 working days, which is a bit long. No delivery notice was given of the day and time of the delivery. The DPD relay in Spain (SEUR) is a bad deliverer.

Lack of specifications on parts (see fakes)

I thought I'd found a site selling quality parts, but no, first of all the packaging, the cardboard was made from an old piece of cardboard, then it was the attractive price that attracted me, and be careful, I bought a diode bridge for a Bosch alternator, to my great disappointment, the quality of the diode bridge is very poor, nothing to do with the OEM part, it's a C...e /etconçue et fabriqué sûrement chez un électricien du coin de la rue je n'ose même monter la pièce sur mon alternateur de peur de tomber en panne attention pas prévu pour un travail professionnel mais plutôt en cas d'urgence en cas de panne dans le désert la pièce coûte 38 euros mais croyez moi vaut vaut better metre 60 and to have good material so do as I do go to the mikatec site to find quality parts and not poor quality counterparts so electrical parts suppliers to look out for and if you don't put this message on line you'll be putting buyers on the spot who'll be cheated.

The relay is bigger than the original one and doesn't fit in my honda civic bsi.

Fast and good value for money

everything was fine except for the needle cage, which had the wrong inside diameter! as a result, assembly was impossible.

part received very quickly but damaged, probably following delivery, then assembled the same day and broken down the next day and complicated to return my view once. basically not expensive but not professional.

Order never arrived. No explanation...

Ordered a starter motor with dimensions in line with their advertisement, but the starter motor arrived 4 cm longer and did not fit into the available space. After contact, it would appear that the manufacturer has modified its production and the dimensions of the part BUT Wagendass has not seen fit to modify its sales advertisement! This is deceptive merchandising bordering on dishonesty, and should be reported to the Fraud Office at https://signal.conso.gouv.fr/en.

Due to non-conformity of products i with the carbu entered

The product was in conformity with the order, it left the same day. Unfortunately Chronopost took 4 days to deliver with a lot of lame excuses!!!! TNT is one of the most efficient for parcels under 30kg. Too bad for this missed delivery which spoils the service rendered. In spite of everything, our complaint by telephone was treated immediately with a Chronopost reminder which delivered this day. NB: a telephone on the site would be welcome.

Return service at buyer's expense and they deduct handling and restocking fees .... In my case, the pouch is missing a gasket, so it's an expensive return for nothing!
This should be mentioned on the item in question.

WELCOME on the phone: I almost felt like a nuisance. I received the product but it wasn't installed yet.
