WAGENDASS MINABLE: that this arbitrary flat-rate deduction from my refund following the return of a new and intact carburettor gasket pocket, but which did not comply with my request, with no stock available to supply the correct corresponding model.

Following receipt of my order for the starter, I called your services.
The person I spoke to on the phone should be a little more attentive to the customer and a lot less certain about things.... Not very emphatic: he could do with some training... a little less aggressiveness would be appreciated.

Approximate part in terms of machining. Fixing axes +/- 3 cms off-set from original model. Intense modifications with machining of parts on demand for possible adaptation. Not recommended for amateurs or average mechanics.

if the site is clear, the part ordered is faulty and the delivery time not respected (chronopost, high price), for which wagendass is not responsible; but my vehicle remains broken down, and I need it!

PART ORDERED WITH REFERENCE OF THE OLD PART, BUT DESPITE EVERYTHING DOES NOT MATCH. THE BODY IS THE RIGHT ONE, BUT THE DRIVE PINION IS WRONG.

My order arrived safely. In the package, very, very vague English instructions, connector diagram not usable, machine translation... request for advice by message, can't help... Well...

The alternator burned out in 10km. It could have set fire to a 1968 Cadillac convertible.

Solenoid Search: This note reflects the response given to my request for information and ordering assistance. I sent a 1st email explaining that the references of my starter did not correspond to anything in your database. I attached all the available information + the dimensions of my starter + solenoid..thinking that your company, faithful to its declarations (on your site)... would provide me with help... I didn't even look at my attachments... sending the photo of the engraving on the starter motor (Bosch), didn't elicit any reaction from customer service... After much research, I decided to order a solenoid that I thought would be usable. ( Between you and me, your technical doc is a mess...half the dimensions are missing or don't apply to the product. The order was processed very quickly, receipt was prompt and the product conformed. From this point of view, nothing to say. Very good seller. Having finally found from Bosch Hungary (one of your suppliers?) the secret of my reference with its equivalent starting with the famous 000, I placed an order for another Solenoid...which I installed on my second starter. So, to sum up, you pride yourself on being able to find a solution, even if our devices are old and unidentifiable, in fact, this is not the case. Finally, your customer service has no consideration for the "Customer" with you, it's move along, there's nothing to see. If the person who replied to me had taken the time to look at the documents I sent him, he would have offered the first solenoid I ordered and would have made a happy customer...instead of the laconic "this model is unknown to us and after research with our suppliers" So, to conclude, remove from your site any reference to helping your customers.

Faulty part

we do not receive the item ordered and prefer to send an unknown game and especially for the same price without warning before this change....I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The navigation on the site is correct, the delivery is on time, the product corresponds to the order, however I called for a technical question on the regulator and the person (so-called specialists) told me we are a retailer and not a technician, I was a little disappointed. I had to make do with the Internet to find an answer to my question.

Unsympathetic customer service that only responds after a reminder and offers no solution.

I still haven't received anything, very disappointed.

Despite the right reference it's not the right piece

I couldn't get any more information about the condition of the used part offered on the site... So I ordered anyway, and was disappointed when I received it...

Colissimo delivery is really not a success because it takes a week to get from the Lyon region to Limoges, which is very expensive as the Post Office doesn't do its job properly.

The instructions supplied do not allow easy assembly of the part.

Good reception, corresponding to my order, the only downside being that some parts were faulty in transit.

Non-compliant starter, adaptable to fit with the old starter, I would not recommend this site to anyone.

The starter works very well (for the moment), but there's a little problem with the installation. One of the fasteners is touching the steering column. To be seen later!

Product received does not correspond to the order...seller's error, but it's the buyer who pays the shipping costs (26,00€)...a shame! No discussion possible.

I received the part but it turns out that it's not the fault. You refuse to take the part back because it was fitted for a minute, taking every precaution not to damage it. This is not a commercial gesture on your part; I'm very disappointed.

A company that does not question itself. Does not seek customer satisfaction. Unpleasant (electronic) correspondence. Reshipment costs always at customer's expense. Sales are not for her. A change of career seems inevitable.

Everything would have been perfect if I'd had the right starter, giving the original part number (Bosch). I still don't understand who made the mistake.

product noted as in stock. i needed it urgently, so i paid full price for an express delivery ....verdict delay of more than 7 full days. ....bilan 2 weeks of adret for a construction machine ....Une week after collection to make the shipment = not great. .....Pieces conform, but delay good acceptable when you ask for an express delivery. either they did not cut themselves off then processing the order, or not in stock. But the result is the same.

Disappointed with the time it took to prepare my order, I phoned on Monday for a starter motor and was told that it would leave on Monday and that I would receive it on Wednesday. Nothing, I called on Wednesday and was told that it was being prepared. Very very disappointed.

i only received my order on wednesday april 14th by chronopost instead of saturday 10th.
