Shipping carton ripped open on one side due to the mobility of the product (starter) inside, despite the protective paper and foam. The starter should have been "wrapped" with a double layer of "bubblepack" held in place with scotch tape, then secured with the other protections. Carriers and deliverymen handle parcels without taking any precautions! It would have been a shame for the quality of your service to suffer if the product had arrived damaged! Apart from that, I'm satisfied.

As far as wagen Dass is concerned, I have nothing to say other than to congratulate them on their astonishing reaction. I wouldn't say the same for the delivery, which was postponed several times from the initial Thursday to Friday and then to Monday before returning to Saturday. I don't see the point of having paid for the fast option, which I won't be using with chronopost again. So I'm not really satisfied since my parcel left the supplier's premises.

I ordered a menbrane for a trade-in pump. Very fast delivery: Ordered on February 5, received on February 8. However, be careful with the packaging. A zipped pouch in a bubble envelope is not enough, even if the product arrived in good condition.
