Non-compliant starter, adaptable to fit with the old starter, I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Product received does not correspond to the order...seller's error, but it's the buyer who pays the shipping costs (26,00€)...a shame! No discussion possible.

I received the part but it turns out that it's not the fault. You refuse to take the part back because it was fitted for a minute, taking every precaution not to damage it. This is not a commercial gesture on your part; I'm very disappointed.

A company that does not question itself. Does not seek customer satisfaction. Unpleasant (electronic) correspondence. Reshipment costs always at customer's expense. Sales are not for her. A change of career seems inevitable.

Everything would have been perfect if I'd had the right starter, giving the original part number (Bosch). I still don't understand who made the mistake.

product noted as in stock. i needed it urgently, so i paid full price for an express delivery ....verdict delay of more than 7 full days. ....bilan 2 weeks of adret for a construction machine ....Une week after collection to make the shipment = not great. .....Pieces conform, but delay good acceptable when you ask for an express delivery. either they did not cut themselves off then processing the order, or not in stock. But the result is the same.

Don't mention that the sleeve is not complete

Disappointed with the time it took to prepare my order, I phoned on Monday for a starter motor and was told that it would leave on Monday and that I would receive it on Wednesday. Nothing, I called on Wednesday and was told that it was being prepared. Very very disappointed.

i only received my order on wednesday april 14th by chronopost instead of saturday 10th.

I ordered a 147.5 nozzle which is actually 150, I'm disappointed.

I printed it and showed it to the mechanics, and they confirmed to me that the part sent did not correspond at all. I hurried to phone you and got an answering machine saying you were closed until August 21. So my bike is stuck at the "mechanic" at least until the return of my part. Product failed 2 starters in 2 months

The starter for my bike didn't fit (incorrect dimensions). An adaptable part probably from a bad Chinese or Eastern manufacturer.
But that I can accept. I'm sorry that, despite my request, nobody bothered. So I took some parts from the old one and put them on the new one... I won't be asked again. On the other hand, the logistical service is perfect... I got it in record time and I had a very nice and efficient person from wagendass (probably the store). On the other hand, I can't advise you enough to check the quality and the respect of the dimensions... and above all to reply to customers when you have a complaint about a purchase.

Pulley does not match my alternator, although I had given all the details of the pulley, especially the locking screw is a 17 mm hexagon socket (CHC) and not a toothed print.Otherwise problem-free reimbursement.
