After a non-conformity of the description and therefore an impossibility of assembly, the after-sales service was very reactive by e-mail: within 3 days, I received a proposal for reimbursement of the part. Please note: for this, I provided supporting evidence with manufacturer's data sheets. I think this helped solve the problem. So, a more serious company than I thought.

Quick processing of my order but disappointed with the Chronopost delivery time despite the choice of a fast delivery ... which took longer than announced. Order placed on Thursday at the end of the afternoon, processed on Friday morning. 1st info from Chronopost indicating a delivery the next day, i.e. Saturday, then the follow-up indicated a delivery on Monday ... a pity as I needed the part on Saturday. Otherwise, the product was well packaged and met my expectations.

This is the second time I've ordered from Wagendass and I've been very satisfied with the quality of the parts and the service, but I really have to stop delivery with CHRONOPOST, which is completely lacking in seriousness. After a 1st day delay, this is the 2nd time they've postponed delivery for supposedly "Prolonged absence of the recipient" when it's done in a Super-U that stays open all day! Who are they kidding? I paid a fast delivery supplement for nothing!
