This is deceptive merchandising bordering on dishonesty, and should be reported to the Fraud Office at https://signal.conso.gouv.fr/en.

The product was in conformity with the order, it left the same day. Unfortunately Chronopost took 4 days to deliver with a lot of lame excuses!!!! TNT is one of the most efficient for parcels under 30kg. Too bad for this missed delivery which spoils the service rendered. In spite of everything, our complaint by telephone was treated immediately with a Chronopost reminder which delivered this day. NB: a telephone on the site would be welcome.
