Poor quality coal Cut

No information on the product, it doesn't have the same features. Not good for Harley

The brushes are in order, but they don't have the nuts (US standard) and, above all, the outer insulating ring. In my case, therefore, the brushes are immovable, since I had to destroy the existing one. I should have taken a better look at the photo... Too bad.

The right part delivered, but by my research!... Quality seems fine, from a time served mechanic, but the 2 days before dispatch we find untimely.

Very good responsiveness. Good value for money. I didn't give them top marks because of the delivery. I paid for delivery to a relay point, and on all the documents it's noted the relay point delivery address. The parcel arrived at the billing address at 1pm and was picked up by a neighbor passing by on the road. Not even an identity check. It could have been anyone who took delivery. Luckily, the neighbor was honest.

I ordered gaskets for my carburettors and I received my order but it was in a simple unprotected package. I'm lucky that nothing is bent.

The parts are of average quality and I'm not even talking about the half-open packaging due to the non-existence of scotch tape.

DIDN'T RECEIVE THE RIGHT PART WAIT FOR A CALL BACK

The starter worked once with a noise of iron and then nothing. OUT OF ORDER. I was reimbursed for the price of the starter, but not for the return postage, i.e. about 30 euros. Not being responsible for the poor quality of the starter, this is expensive for a single start. I'm going to contact customer service about this, as I don't see why I should have to pay the return postage for a new but faulty starter.

lack of precision on spares

Following receipt of my parcel I made a request via the website to customer service. I'm still waiting for a reply from them.

Parts do not match, despite delznde checking before dispatch. Too bad. Delivery time very good though.

the part failed 2 hours after installation

Deadlines announced on the website and by telephone were not met.

This time the delay was very long to receive the item ordered, however I thank you for your speedy refund.

Marchandiese not collected

Approximate part in terms of machining. Fixing axes +/- 3 cms off-set from original model. Intense modifications with machining of parts on demand for possible adaptation. Not recommended for amateurs or average mechanics.

if the site is clear, the part ordered is faulty and the delivery time not respected (chronopost, high price), for which wagendass is not responsible; but my vehicle remains broken down, and I need it!

Solenoid Search: This note reflects the response given to my request for information and ordering assistance. I sent a 1st email explaining that the references of my starter did not correspond to anything in your database. I attached all the available information + the dimensions of my starter + solenoid..thinking that your company, faithful to its declarations (on your site)... would provide me with help... I didn't even look at my attachments... sending the photo of the engraving on the starter motor (Bosch), didn't elicit any reaction from customer service... After much research, I decided to order a solenoid that I thought would be usable. ( Between you and me, your technical doc is a mess...half the dimensions are missing or don't apply to the product. The order was processed very quickly, receipt was prompt and the product conformed. From this point of view, nothing to say. Very good seller. Having finally found from Bosch Hungary (one of your suppliers?) the secret of my reference with its equivalent starting with the famous 000, I placed an order for another Solenoid...which I installed on my second starter. So, to sum up, you pride yourself on being able to find a solution, even if our devices are old and unidentifiable, in fact, this is not the case. Finally, your customer service has no consideration for the "Customer" with you, it's move along, there's nothing to see. If the person who replied to me had taken the time to look at the documents I sent him, he would have offered the first solenoid I ordered and would have made a happy customer...instead of the laconic "this model is unknown to us and after research with our suppliers" So, to conclude, remove from your site any reference to helping your customers.

Faulty part

I couldn't get any more information about the condition of the used part offered on the site... So I ordered anyway, and was disappointed when I received it...

Everything would have been perfect if I'd had the right starter, giving the original part number (Bosch). I still don't understand who made the mistake.

product noted as in stock. i needed it urgently, so i paid full price for an express delivery ....verdict delay of more than 7 full days. ....bilan 2 weeks of adret for a construction machine ....Une week after collection to make the shipment = not great. .....Pieces conform, but delay good acceptable when you ask for an express delivery. either they did not cut themselves off then processing the order, or not in stock. But the result is the same.

Don't mention that the sleeve is not complete

Disappointed with the time it took to prepare my order, I phoned on Monday for a starter motor and was told that it would leave on Monday and that I would receive it on Wednesday. Nothing, I called on Wednesday and was told that it was being prepared. Very very disappointed.

Hello. I hesitated to put it on notice. For navigation, it's fine. To have found the exact part with ref"Yamaha", çà can go, but I received a starter which does not correspond at all to the photograph and reference. I printed it and showed it to the mechanics, and they confirmed to me that the part sent did not correspond at all. I hurried to phone you and got an answering machine saying you were closed until August 21. So my bike is stuck at the "mechanic" at least until the return of my part. I'll wait until the 22nd to contact you by phone, to avoid any further delay. Hoping that things will go well from here. Sincerely

Hello, I did not receive the correct parts as described on the website (brush dimensions). I give this negative note because the person who answered the phone (to explain the problem and find a solution) was very unpleasant. He hardly knew how to be polite... However, I did receive my refund in my bank account. After that, I relate my experience, a single order...

Explanations not sufficient, hence definite error when ordering I hope to be reimbursed quickly...

Delivery time and commitment not respected, yet he had the product in stock. Order placed on Wednesday morning (I contacted him beforehand and sent him an e-mail) delivered on Saturday: you'll understand my disappointment he had promised to deliver it to me by Friday at the latest before leaving on vacation.

The starter for my bike didn't fit (incorrect dimensions). An adaptable part probably from a bad Chinese or Eastern manufacturer.
But that I can accept. I'm sorry that, despite my request, nobody bothered. So I took some parts from the old one and put them on the new one... I won't be asked again. On the other hand, the logistical service is perfect... I got it in record time and I had a very nice and efficient person from wagendass (probably the store). On the other hand, I can't advise you enough to check the quality and the respect of the dimensions... and above all to reply to customers when you have a complaint about a purchase.
