the site is very good, but I have a problem: when the solenoid is mounted in the blank, it works properly, but when it's mounted on the starter, it doesn't work (as if it didn't have the power to activate the freewheel). I've carried out a number of tests which confirm the problem.

The product was in conformity with the order, it left the same day. Unfortunately Chronopost took 4 days to deliver with a lot of lame excuses!!!! TNT is one of the most efficient for parcels under 30kg. Too bad for this missed delivery which spoils the service rendered. In spite of everything, our complaint by telephone was treated immediately with a Chronopost reminder which delivered this day. NB: a telephone on the site would be welcome.

Hello , the warranty procedure is as follows , you must return the starter with the warranty request duly completed with the reference of the old starter and a copy of the invoice , on receipt it is returned to the manufacturer who will test it , if the warranty is proven you will receive reimbursement of the starter , here is the link to the warranty request . in any case a test bench must be made by a professional before sending Cordially
