Shipping carton ripped open on one side due to the mobility of the product (starter) inside, despite the protective paper and foam. The starter should have been "wrapped" with a double layer of "bubblepack" held in place with scotch tape, then secured with the other protections. Carriers and deliverymen handle parcels without taking any precautions! It would have been a shame for the quality of your service to suffer if the product had arrived damaged! Apart from that, I'm satisfied.
