I thought I'd found a site selling quality parts, but no, first of all the packaging, the cardboard was made from an old piece of cardboard, then it was the attractive price that attracted me, and be careful, I bought a diode bridge for a Bosch alternator, to my great disappointment, the quality of the diode bridge is very poor, nothing to do with the OEM part, it's a C...e /etconçue et fabriqué sûrement chez un électricien du coin de la rue je n'ose même monter la pièce sur mon alternateur de peur de tomber en panne attention pas prévu pour un travail professionnel mais plutôt en cas d'urgence en cas de panne dans le désert la pièce coûte 38 euros mais croyez moi vaut vaut better metre 60 and to have good material so do as I do go to the mikatec site to find quality parts and not poor quality counterparts so electrical parts suppliers to look out for and if you don't put this message on line you'll be putting buyers on the spot who'll be cheated.

Fast and good value for money
DIDN'T RECEIVE THE RIGHT PART WAIT FOR A CALL BACK
Everything was fine except for the needle cage, which had the wrong inside diameter! as a result, assembly was impossible.
The product was in conformity with the order, it left the same day. Unfortunately Chronopost took 4 days to deliver with a lot of lame excuses!!!! TNT is one of the most efficient for parcels under 30kg. Too bad for this missed delivery which spoils the service rendered. In spite of everything, our complaint by telephone was treated immediately with a Chronopost reminder which delivered this day. NB: a telephone on the site would be welcome.

Fast, but there must be a line I didn't read in the sales conditions. A diagnosis must first have been carried out by a professional on a test bench before the warranty is covered.
The starter worked once with a noise of iron and then nothing. OUT OF ORDER. I was reimbursed for the price of the starter, but not for the return postage, i.e. about 30 euros. Not being responsible for the poor quality of the starter, this is expensive for a single start. I'm going to contact customer service about this, as I don't see why I should have to pay the return postage for a new but faulty starter.

Lack of precision on spares
Following receipt of my parcel I made a request via the website to customer service. I'm still waiting for a reply from them.
O processo de compra e expedição foi super rápido, mas no site da transportadora não existe movimentos desde o dia seguinte à compra, fiz outra compra noutro site da concorrência também em frança, paguei exactamente o mesmo pelo transporte, comprei no dia seguinte à compra na vossa loja, e já recebi a encomenda em casa!!! Resumindo, bom atendimento na loja, péssimo serviço de entrega!!!

The photos in the article are not precise enough and when there is a sketch it is not dimensioned so you can't check if the part fits.
The site itself deserves a mark of 10, but the delivery of goods by post should be reviewed.Two broken bakelite collectors, good products, speed and repair completed. Would recommend.
Very fast delivery, but the packaging leaves something to be desired, not enough protection for the product in the box, it arrived with holes caused by transport shocks.

Missed deadline
The delivery time is a bit long and the price is not the best.

Not easy to find the right alternator for your vehicle
It's a pity I couldn't get someone to advise me. Same anonymity as when ordering on Amazon. I know the seriousness of WAGENDASS that's why I still ordered online, I am a "small" occasional customer. I hope that for the "big" customers WAGENDASS is more attentive. Be careful, excessive dematerialization is not all good.

Deadlines announced on the website and by telephone were not met.
This time the delay was very long to receive the item ordered, however I thank you for your speedy refund.
Following receipt of my order for the starter, I called your services. The person I spoke to on the phone should be a little more attentive to the customer and a lot less certain about things.... Not very emphatic: he could do with some training... a little less aggressiveness would be appreciated.
Marchandiese not collected
Approximate part in terms of machining. Fixing axes +/- 3 cms off-set from original model. Intense modifications with machining of parts on demand for possible adaptation. Not recommended for amateurs or average mechanics.
If the site is clear, the part ordered is faulty and the delivery time not respected (chronopost, high price), for which wagendass is not responsible; but my vehicle remains broken down, and I need it!
My order arrived safely. In the package, very, very vague English instructions, connector diagram not usable, machine translation... request for advice by message, can't help... Well...
Solenoid Search: This note reflects the response given to my request for information and ordering assistance. I sent a 1st email explaining that the references of my starter did not correspond to anything in your database. I attached all the available information + the dimensions of my starter + solenoid..thinking that your company, faithful to its declarations (on your site)... would provide me with help... I didn't even look at my attachments... sending the photo of the engraving on the starter motor (Bosch), didn't elicit any reaction from customer service... After much research, I decided to order a solenoid that I thought would be usable. ( Between you and me, your technical doc is a mess...half the dimensions are missing or don't apply to the product. The order was processed very quickly, receipt was prompt and the product conformed. From this point of view, nothing to say. Very good seller. Having finally found from Bosch Hungary (one of your suppliers?) the secret of my reference with its equivalent starting with the famous 000, I placed an order for another Solenoid...which I installed on my second starter. So, to sum up, you pride yourself on being able to find a solution, even if our devices are old and unidentifiable, in fact, this is not the case. Finally, your customer service has no consideration for the "Customer" with you, it's move along, there's nothing to see. If the person who replied to me had taken the time to look at the documents I sent him, he would have offered the first solenoid I ordered and would have made a happy customer...instead of the laconic "this model is unknown to us and after research with our suppliers" So, to conclude, remove from your site any reference to helping your customers.
