This is my first time ordering at Wear Moi. The collections are nice. The website experience is ok, but the shipping time for ready-to-wear items is very long, in my opinion. Calling customer service is good, but the order status on the website should be more up-to-date, so I do not need to contact customer service during office hours to check when the order will be ready or shipped. Thank you!

Overall experience with Wear Moi web store is good. However, I don't really like the courier what they are using on Finland. The quality of the courier service is really terrible. It doesn't meet at all consumer needs for today. The delivery service is rude, they don't offer time estimation when the delivery is done and they don't offer pick up places. I wish they would use some different courier.

Very pleasant experience. The products exceeded my expectations and when there was an issue with the shipping company, which was outside of WearMois control, I called their customer service. The young woman there was very friendly and got back to be with an update after less than an hour. Their products have not disappointed on quality either, no rippling with my tights either.
I have also found their rewards program to be very generous. I would fully endorse this company.

Customer service was helpful when I needed to reach out regarding my order that hadn't shipped after the label was created for 5 business days. After reaching out to them, they were nice and confirmed my order was delayed and then eventually was shipped out within the week.

The quality of the products is superb. It's incomparable to anything we can find locally. It takes a while to get it delivered to Canada, but that won't hinder us from ordering from Wear Moi again.

Ordered on 12/8. Was supposed to ship on 12/29. Did not ship until 1/11. Took another week to receive. Once arrived, the sleeves to the small are extremely tight. My very small daughter could barely move her arms. She is 5’2”. & 110lbs. Small is her normal size. This was a Christmas gift.
These leotards are $100 plus. The sizing should be correct.

The leotards and ballet shoes from Wear Moi are among the best. The designs of the leotards are so beautiful and flattering. The shoes have beautiful lines and are made of buttery soft leather. I'm a professional dancer and they are my favorite ballet shoe I've had in at least 10 years.
