I've ordered TWO sizes now and they're basically the same size. I ordered a 6/8 thinking it would be a little big on my 5 year old daughter. It's so small. Then I ordered an 8/10 and it barely fits. If she grows even half an inch, we'll have to buy a new one.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Wear Moi, and unfortunately, I won’t be shopping with your brand again. I ordered a pair of flats for my daughter because I was looking to try a new brand. It took quite a long time for the shoes to arrive, but I was willing to overlook that because I was excited to try them. Unfortunately, they weren’t the right size, and in order to return them, I had to pay $10. I’ve now lost money simply trying a new brand and finding the right size. What’s frustrating is that offering an exchange for a different size, or even making the return free when I had already paid shipping on the original order, could have completely changed my experience. I was willing to give Wear Moi a chance and potentially become a new customer, but instead I’m walking away feeling like I wasted money. A more customer-friendly return or exchange policy could have turned this into a positive experience and created a repeat customer. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere.

The leotard is terribly sewn, both black and white. In the place where the ankle and waist are, it does not fit the foot and body

For the overseas territories, the purchase prices are not excluding tax while at the delivery of the package we have to pay VAT plus handling fees from the carrier. Moreover, one of the products is defective. Delay of 6 weeks between the order and delivery.

Wear Moi, very good but UPS, the transport company very bad

The size guide was inaccurate, leos ran very small, almost 2 sizes. Shipping and delivery took extremely long and the email updates were in French.

I have not yet received the order, which arrived too late, even though I placed it very early. My dancer son at the Alvin Ailey School in New York loves your slippers; he left without slippers. We are extremely disappointed.

The quality of the ordered product is great! Unfortunately, the delivery took several weeks, hence a point deduction in the overall rating.

I only buy my slippers at WM - really the best quality. It's just a shame that WM 504 and "Lea" are no longer produced. It was the finest, delicate glove leather, but the wearing comfort was gigantic.

My only complaint is on the page it says in stock ships in seven days or something like that. And they do not mean it is in stock in the US and will leave for your house within 7 days. That feels misleading.
