A customer for years at WESCO for a community, I find that prices are always more expensive, the quality is no longer what it was and I am resorting to customer service more and more often.

I regret having looked at the site for the first time, having selected several items, having put my cart on hold while I thought about whether I needed anything else for my workshops and that the cart was emptied the next day. As a result, I ordered less than expected.

They sent me the wrong item, another item is not suitable and the return costs are at our expense. I usually order from Hoptoys and they are the best, last time I order from Wesco!!!

A lot of delay in delivery! An enormous box disproportionate to the size of the item

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for this review on your order. Indeed, the delivery of your package did not go optimally and this independently of our will (addressing problem on the carrier's side). We take note of your disappointment regarding both the delivery and the disproportionate size of the package. Despite this, we hope to see you again soon on our site. Have a nice day.

I ordered and paid for several items from Wesco, I am a childminder. My packages were delivered by GLS, I WAS NOT THERE AND THE DELIVERY PERSON SIGNED FOR ME AND THREW THE PACKAGES NEAR THE GATE, of course someone saw him do it and stole my order. So since then I have been fighting with Wesco and GLS! I received my package yesterday with unavailable items and a refund on my account.
