I am satisfied with the ordered products but I have questions about the delivery. I had chosen a pickup point, believing it was preferable to group deliveries. My order consisted of 2 packages. The pickup point refused one on the grounds that it was bulky. I had to move again 2 days later to pick it up at another pickup point further away from my home.
