Several orders with a lot of delays and still in delivery for several weeks! Products marked as available on the site and after ordering, we are informed that the items are unavailable.

Response from Wesco Published on 22/10/2021

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience with us. First of all, we apologize as the delivery of your order exceeds an acceptable timeframe and we understand your dissatisfaction. We have investigated on our side to understand what may have happened. It turns out that your order contains references that have gone out of stock. The time it takes for them to be restocked from our suppliers can take several weeks. Like many companies, we are also experiencing supply delays due to the COVID crisis, which has repercussions throughout the chain (up to the final customer). Please know that our teams are doing their utmost to minimize the impact on our activity. To date, you still have 2 products awaiting delivery. Of course, we understand that you do not wish to wait this additional timeframe. If that is the case, we invite you to contact our customer service at 05 49 80 01 66. We renew our apologies and are particularly grateful for the patience you have shown so far. Have a nice day.

Very happy with our order. However, the carrier did not want to bring the packages up to the apartment, which is not easy with an 11-month-old baby that you have to leave to go down and fetch the very bulky packages.
