Good, on time. Packaging good but too large for the contents (the larger the box, the more it costs in unnecessary transport m3...)

The delivery took place during lunchtime, so I was not present and found the package in my office when I arrived at 1:30 PM!

Good for the order and receipt; the items are gifts not yet given, so I can't judge them!

Delivery time respected but fast shipping costs are expensive compared to other sites. Packaging much too large for the product. A better-adapted packaging could perhaps reduce shipping costs.

The site is clear, delivery is fast but prices remain a bit high and there aren't enough promo codes for regular customers.

Quality of the products is very satisfactory, even if this time, my rugs were delivered folded (the previous ones were not) and tend to strongly retain the marks of the folds. Moreover, the delivery person was clearly in a hurry as he entered my yard by himself, threw the rugs on the ground, did not wait for me to come out, and handed me the delivery note through the window for me to sign. Hence this mixed feedback from me. Mrs. Leroy
