I regret the withdrawal at the relay point because the delivery is quite expensive!! Especially with two orders, these fees x2!!! I hope to receive a commercial gesture with the next orders. Best regards

I ordered 3 references of brushes for my professional use. I received the wrong references for more than half of the items by mistake. It took several messages, photos to support, and numerous follow-ups to get responses. Finally, after all, a month later, customer service sent the correct references at their expense. I am generally satisfied... but for a first order for professional purposes, it does not allow for establishing an optimal trust relationship..

Generally, I am satisfied with wesco products. Except for this last order where I couldn't return the damaged mattress because I urgently needed it.
