I am satisfied, just a mistake on my part because the doorbell is not in my name and I had forgotten this detail, and the delivery person did not call me, which is a shame. But since it was my mistake, it's not a big deal, I will pay attention next time. Delivered quickly, but I haven't opened it yet, so I can't comment on the condition of the merchandise. For now, I am satisfied.

Little-known site for individuals but with very nice, creative products, and I was not disappointed with the relief map of France that arrived on time and very well packaged.

The item I received did not match the item in the catalog at all. Customer service acknowledged their mistake. I requested a refund due to their error and received a credit note. So I am not very happy.

Navigation on the site is okay. Delivery a bit long. And there was an error on the order, a speaker instead of a Tibetan bowl!

Nothing particular to report, everything is in order. The only downside is the delivery of the catalog separately... it could have been included with the cart. Let's be eco-friendly!

Everything has always been very good since I started ordering on this site, except for the packaging box that arrived completely torn, with a big hole, but I think this problem is more on the postal side, given how careless they are with packages!!!
