The service is perfect, the delivery is fast. Except for Colissimo, which was supposed to deliver my order on Tuesday, April 23, after an internet message, I waited all day. The delivery was just made on Wednesday morning, April 24.

Faithful to the photo on the site. Exactly what I expected. It's a gift for my grandson. No risk as the fruits are large enough not to be swallowed and not too large to be grasped by the hands of a 2-year-old child.

The product ordered does not meet my expectations at all. The duvet cover turns at the same time as the child during sleep. No means of attachment to the mattress. Upon checking, the description on the site is not clear and can mislead the consumer. Second unpleasant surprise, the return is at the buyer's expense. When you see the dimensions of the package sent for just a duvet and a pillow, it is very discouraging regarding the use of the after-sales service. As a daycare director (I ordered privately), I will not fail to communicate this fact to my professional network.

The order is delivered to the foot of the building... The carrier did not inform me and on Wesco I did not see the information at the time of the order... maybe it was marked in very small print?? In any case, in addition to the delivery delay, it's very average...

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your comment. We apologize for the additional delay. Delivery to the upper floors of a building is indeed an additional service that carriers do not always want to provide. We invite you to specify this in advance for your future orders.

A check of the order just before its departure would have prevented me from receiving a footrest instead of the large bin ordered. Adhering to the delivery date announced in the order confirmation would have allowed me to refuse the wrong package immediately. The processing time for these errors, for which I am not responsible, is too long compared to a normal order.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback, it allows us to implement everything to improve the quality of our service. We hope you are satisfied with your bin and will not hold this delay against us too much.
