I recommend this site, however, I paid for a 24-hour Colissimo delivery and received it 2 days later; it seems to be the delivery person's fault.

The catalog is very well made, the website still needs some search functions to be more efficient. Delivery was made on time as promised, and the products are perfectly in line with expectations and descriptions.

For now, not reliable, despite the good reputation of the items. I have not yet received a response to my complaint message, just a few days before Christmas.

Well, the products for children seem fun. I'm delighted, but I have a hard time targeting the ages and contents for the books. I have three grandsons aged 3, 5, and 9 years. For the next gifts, I will look for my big screen.

Very disappointed with my order. Items refused by the carrier, package torn with a mat that was damaged and dirty as it had obviously been dragged in trucks. Packaging not sturdy. Result: an email to customer service that will process my request in 3 weeks and my floor mats that I will not be able to receive for Christmas... even though I ordered on 27/11 items in stock to be sure to have them by 24/12..

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite all the attention we pay to the preparation of your packages, we cannot control the delivery. The response times of customer service are announced to be a maximum of 3 weeks but as you have noticed, your order left our workshops the very next day and you received your packages on time. We hope you had a good holiday and that the items found their audience.
