Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
For this order, no problem. There were issues with other orders two years ago. Lost packages.

The package almost never arrived. I wanted to send it to a Colissimo relay. It was stamped as 'private shipment' and not 'relay shipment'. This created a misdirection error, I had to claim with the post office for it to be found and redirected.

I would have liked to be able to watch a video, a tutorial to use the material... I have an autoimmune disease that makes it difficult for me to use my hands... what seems obvious to you is not for me...

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. These writing aid products are designed to be slipped onto the tips of pencils, near the lead. Their role is to help position the fingers correctly to promote a three-finger grip and facilitate the writing gesture. Our marketing team will study your request and consider possible improvements to be made to the product page (usage video for example). We thank you for your trust and hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon on wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

I ordered a 105cm long cot bed. Superb quality, well packaged. Fast delivery. I am delighted with my purchase. I would like to point out that I am a childminder. I slide this cot under a classic crib. Huge space saver and happy child to do like at school.
