Very fast shipping, the only downside I could mention is that the box was way too big compared to the item

Hello, how can I say that I am disappointed with Wesco known in the field of early childhood I bought a changing table with stairs from you. First, I find that it is not very well made. The stairs are too close together, making it difficult to position correctly to take care of the child, after mounting it, I saw that there was a loss at the back, the quality of the furniture for the little that we put a screw it cracks. Anyway, for the price I don't find it great, I had an IKEA changing table for 15 years. It's because I'm getting older that I found it practical to have stairs for the children, otherwise I would have stayed with my furniture, there is nothing mean in what I told you, but simply my feeling to help you improve, because working with children all the time, your material, especially regarding the changing table with stairs is not really suitable. Best regards, Mrs. Vannieuwenhove

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your point of view. Upon reading your comment, we would like to clarify a few points to avoid misleading future buyers. Our motor skills modules are manufactured in France in Sarthe and Deux-Sèvres by teams of leatherworkers with recognized expertise for many years. Our products are checked at all stages to ensure a high level of quality and comply with current safety standards. In the event of a proven quality issue, we invite you to submit a complaint to our customer service at [email protected] specifying the problem encountered and attaching photos. Finally, we remind you that in the product sheet we clearly specify the dimensions of the product, the use for which it was designed ("Small dimension version of our BABImodules, the MINIS were specially designed to fit small spaces or to quickly set up a motor skills course in a multi-use space") and that this information is supported by visuals and videos in real situations with children aged 1 to 3 years. If you have a sufficiently large space in your structure to accommodate a motor skills course, we advise you to turn to our emblematic BABIMODULES range. Finally, if you need advice on our different ranges before placing an order, don't forget that there are various options available to contact our customer service (https://www.wesco.fr/services-client.html): online chat on our site, phone call at 05 49 800 166. Have a nice day.
