I don't mind paying a little more to be delivered faster, quite the opposite, especially since this material had been awaited for a long time by the team and the children, we were waiting to have the budget. Very very disappointed with customer service. After realizing that I had made a mistake in my order, I contacted the service. Impossible to modify my order placed a few minutes before. I was told that I had to cancel the order and place another one and that no, they could not help me, it was up to me to do it alone. I placed a new order but couldn't find how to cancel the first one. So I gave up but I am very disappointed.
