Fast delivery

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism of your delivery system, their handling of ongoing operations and those completed on their site, and the contact with their delivery person. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 20th, a call from the delivery person that we missed (no message). The reason for non-delivery on the site, additional address needed... We made a second delivery request (same address, we only have one). The delivery was supposed to be made on the GLS site on the 23rd. I called the delivery person who told me he had not loaded anything, had not found our address on his GPS on the 20th, citing a different but nearby address, namely 'chemin du pont de la cagne' instead of our address 'chemin de la Cagne'. Nothing yesterday on the package tracking site. I tried to call GLS without success after an endless wait. This morning, a call from the delivery person who was downstairs at my place (apparently he must have changed GPS or entered the correct address) and refused to come up to my place with a 13m3 utility vehicle, a sloped concrete path that all delivery people take (yesterday a 16m3 came to deliver me a desk). I mentioned to the delivery person that I had a caravan at home, which he could see, and he told me verbatim in a tone from the beginning bordering on correction and this time aggressive 'well do you want your package yes or no.....' By the time I went down to meet him, my package was left at the entrance of the path and he was already turning around. I did not electronically sign any delivery slip, the coronavirus was mentioned by the window while turning around, which may be a precautionary measure that I understand. Going on the GLS site this morning, all delivery operations are validated for the 24th, including that the package was at the delivery agency yesterday, for an email from them dated May 20: Thank you for your trust. Your package 00DDLE58 will be delivered on the specified date March 23, 2020 at this address*: 3900 CHEMIN DE LA CAGNE 06640 ST JEANNET France Same address, same delivery person. It is possible that I am the only one reporting this kind of inconvenience, but if not, it would be good to report these inconveniences to GLS. Best regards, Y.

I requested a 24-hour delivery that I paid €15 for. Before the Covid crisis, the package arrived 4 days later. No problem with the rest.

Delivery was two months late. They are not friendly on the phone. No response to questions.

Packaging problem: the package - too large for the content - arrived in very bad condition and was repaired by postal services. The content was intact.

Delivery a bit long

Searching for a product is not intuitive enough on the site, for example when I search for changing mat, I get other products displayed as a priority before the different models of mats.

Disappointed by the size of the stickers. Order delivered in two parts because sheets were missing, no worries except that upon arrival of the second round, one sheet was missing, according to the delivery note. Three items as planned while I only had two and no information... the third arrived later with no further details.

The order was easy to place, the delivery time was satisfactory, difficulty in visualizing the size and material in distance selling but this is not specific to Wesco!

The products are good. However, the packaging was average... One of the boxes was patched up by the post office because the paint cans were not secured and tore the box. A bit of a shame...

Excellent material. A bit long because the fitted sheet ordered was out of stock. Difficult delivery. The delivery person informed us by phone that we had to go down to retrieve the package at the foot of the building and that he would not go up despite the entrance door code and the known floor. It took a long insistence on the phone to decide to go up.

Your company works with the delivery company Heppner, which is very difficult to compete with in terms of incompetence. The refund is pending because according to customer service, the return of the merchandise has not yet been made. Not only did I not receive my order, but I also have to wait for it to be returned to be refunded. This is not normal!

The order was laborious to benefit from free shipping despite your cooperation, but it still took an afternoon and a morning just to place the order. Fortunately, everything went well for the reception. We have not yet used the products so evaluation is impossible at this time. Best regards.

A bit difficult to navigate the site and I received my products in a box that was too big, so they were moving around inside. One item was broken and leaked in the box. Terrible delivery. However, I received it quite quickly.

I have ordered several times on the wesco site and the products are always of good quality.

Very interesting site! Fast delivery but my order was not protected in the box and it arrived partially opened. The item received is not exactly as shown in the photo (no reinforcement on the bottom of the rocker) but still of very good quality!

The site is very good as well as what is offered, but I am very disappointed with the delivery time which is way too long. I received my order 2 days late even though I had ordered it 2 and a half weeks ago.

Fan of this brand. I have never been disappointed with the product. However, disappointed with customer service as there was more than a week and a half delay. I never received an email.

Delivery times are incredibly loooooooooong!!! Items received 6 weeks after the order.

Nice site. However, the delivery by LA POSTE bent and TEARED the two posters contained in the package, so VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE.
