The packaging box was damaged. The playpen was packed in a box that was too large, it opened, and 2 corners of the playpen were damaged. It's frustrating, but we didn't have the energy to return everything. Compensation would be an appreciated gesture.

Delivery times were much longer than what was announced on the day of the order. The delivery person was not the most pleasant, who is supposed to have me sign the receipt and didn't even have a pen (nothing serious but inconvenient for me with an open door and children in the house that I am watching).
