Still waiting for a lost package... I absolutely need it for November 25th and customer service: 0 except to tell me they will find this package but when!!?? I would have imagined that they would have been more accommodating with the nurseries!!! Too bad Mathou will have better quality service and instead of searching they would have resent me the package (value 29€...)

The delivery of my package regarding a new standard cot 130 by 54 had two issues. The first is that the delivery person did not have my precise address even though I mentioned it on my account, he could not deliver to me yesterday. The delivery by Collissimo that I paid dearly for to be delivered quickly arrived three days late compared to the expected date! One of the packages was incomplete: I only received one bottle of red gouache out of the 5 bottles I paid for!!! I called to complain but couldn't reach anyone. I wrote a complaint email and still have no response after 6 days!!
