I received an item that does not match the photo! I ordered a mug for a little boy and received one for a little girl. I wrote to customer service this weekend and still no response. I will not order from them again.

Disappointed, I received my package well packed in a sturdy box, when I opened it there was a film to prevent everything from moving around in the box, and then I saw brushes loose in the box without packaging fortunately they are not damaged and a pack of small rings completely open so I had to search for them at the bottom of the box and well the number is not there I am missing 3
