Order placed at the end of February, received in several parts, the last item was delivered on April 20, very long delay and beyond what was announced at the time of the order. When questions were asked about this, the response was quick, and the amount of the item is not debited until the item has been delivered.

Very very disappointed with customer service. After realizing that I had made a mistake in my order, I contacted the service. Impossible to modify my order placed a few minutes before. I was told that I had to cancel the order and place another one and that no, they could not help me, it was up to me to do it alone. I placed a new order but couldn't find how to cancel the first one. So I gave up but I am very disappointed. Three days later, I received a Wesco catalog in my mailbox announcing that shipping costs have been free for 15 days. Do you think customer service would have informed me?!?

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your experience on our site went this way and we offer our sincerest apologies. When an order is validated and paid on our site, we are limited in our intervention possibilities and we can no longer cancel it, for example. Your comment regarding the shipping promo code is understandable. To prevent this issue from happening again, we have strengthened our internal communication system so that our customer service is well informed of ongoing promotional actions. Your unfortunate experience has allowed us to improve our process and we thank you for that. We hope you will give us a second chance and that we will have the opportunity to see you again soon on our site. Have a nice day
