Fast and careful shipping but 2 products from the same order arrived 1 day apart, I thought I would receive them in the same shipment.

Package compliant and received on time despite its unavailability at the time of the order. Just plan for LR 06 batteries which are not provided with the drum....

Excellent carpet for baby model which my nursery had in a smaller size, I took the larger model and I am not disappointed, quality product, foldable and especially washable, in short, I highly recommend the product as well as the seller!

Everything was perfect from ordering on the site to delivery just the day before Christmas. The 'koala' easel book is very beautiful, and my 7-month-old grandson immediately adopted it.

Easy to order, faster delivery than expected, but you absolutely have to be there to receive the package and if you take the farm and the animals, expect 2 separate packages.

Good management regarding the order, it was still a large order, and the delivery times. However, a major negative point is the packaging of the package. The package was not very well packaged, it suffered some damage during transport, it even opened a bit. Inside the package, some items were also a bit damaged during transport, and they were not very well protected either.

Intuitive website. Simple to place an order. However, the delivery was laborious: under the pretext of an allegedly incomplete address, we received SMS and emails from GLS, but not a single phone call. Sorry to live in the countryside with a hamlet name that is not listed. Only your services contacted us to resolve this issue, but without success with GLS.
