Response from Wesco Published on 14/09/2020

Hello and thank you for your comment. We are sorry for this situation and we sincerely apologize. Despite all the care we take in preparing the packages, sometimes the transport does not meet our quality standards. Finally, during this back-to-school period, our customer service is experiencing a longer response time than usual, but please know that we are doing everything we can to provide you with a solution as quickly as possible. We hope to have the chance to see you again soon on our site and thus regain your trust. Have a nice day.

The order arrived late. I needed the cookie cutters for the activity with the kids last Wednesday, but I only received them afterwards, contrary to what was planned.

Issues with delivery. Package dropped off at the post office and not at the relay point and it was in the name of the invoice and at the address of the relay point! Luckily the lady at the post office was nice and trusted me otherwise there was no way to prove that it was indeed

Ordering on Wesco.fr was very simple and the products interesting. However, my order was very poorly packaged and some of the products (fragile) were broken. I requested a reshipment with adequate packaging which was done but again the packaging was not up to par... I will no longer trust Wesco for somewhat fragile products.
