Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are always disappointed when our items, made with love, suffer from rough transport and do not arrive at your place intact. We hope that our commercial gesture will bring you comfort and that you will not hold this inconvenience against us.

Navigating the site is quite easy. For the delivery, I was given a date during the week and then I received a message informing me that I would receive my order earlier than expected but... on a Saturday. In my package, I had a fiber optic lamp whose base is filled with water and glitter, but it leaked. Otherwise, the purchased products suit me.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite all the care we take in preparing your package, it happens that an error slips in and that the transport is not as respectful of the products as we would like. We hope that our new shipment will satisfy you.

Order never received because the delivery person lost the package. Wesco after-sales service took 3 weeks for a new shipment.

More than a month to be delivered, I don't understand why Wesco doesn't inform the customer right away, that is to say at the time of ordering... delays when a product is out of stock... It's very unfortunate when you're waiting for materials to work. I had to contact them twice. But this is the first time this has happened. My previous orders went smoothly. But here, not even a gesture or an apology... I had to order urgently elsewhere to work...
