Order waited 2 months, no updates on delivery information.
No phone appointment in advance, mediocre product packaging, unpleasant carrier.... In short, product more expensive compared to the market for a service at this level, I will not order anything again.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately, this furniture was literally a victim of its success and you experienced this stock outage. The delivery from this site is a nightmare... order canceled by Wesco without reason or notifying me, then delivery scheduled by the delivery person on a different day than the chosen day. In short, I took 2 days off to never receive my item... I ended up canceling my order! I am also very disappointed with the customer service which is not attentive at all. Too bad because the products seem to be of very good quality

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet our mutual expectations. Your package was sent to you 3 days after your order. The attention we pay to sending you excellent quality products unfortunately does not allow us to serve you faster. We hope that your item brings you satisfaction.
