Order of three tricycles for the Christmas gift for two kindergarten classes, they arrived 3 days after the announced deadline, the children were very disappointed to see nothing under the tree upon their return from vacation... Moreover, in the packages we did not have the correct bolts to proceed with the assembly and with the delivery delay, it was impossible to return them, we had to manage on our own.
