The site is pleasant, however, sometimes you need to have the 'right keywords' to find what you're looking for.

I still haven't received my order, it's been almost 15 days and I won't receive it until Friday, so it would have been almost 20 days of waiting. I didn't get any explanations or help from customer service, so I called the carrier myself who gave me a new delivery date 1 week later. No effort was made to try to send it to me faster and no confirmation received either by email or SMS.
It's really because I couldn't find a rug like this anywhere else that I'm keeping my order, otherwise I would have requested an immediate refund.

Wesco 20/20 but the delivery service 1/20! They don't ring and leave the package at a relay point without specifying the address of the relay by SMS (just grocery store 83200 Toulon)
