I find it scandalous that an item in stock is not delivered within 48 hours like others can perfectly do and even much faster most of the time. I notice in the tracking that between two internal pulls by the carrier, packages are missing, this is not acceptable. Logistics is a key factor in a company's brand image and the provider chosen by Wesco does not shine with excellence. Quality, innovation, and product design are one thing, but the customer experience related to delivery is another... And it is becoming increasingly important to customers, both individuals and professionals.

What a pity not to be informed right at the order that some items are out of stock. I discovered it when receiving the packages: some items were missing. After searching the site, they are unavailable, replaced by new references. Forced to generate a new quote ....
