Your order was indeed shipped from our site on May 6th. From the moment the package leaves our site, you could track the delivery of your package via La Poste using the tracking link. Rug received damaged (like cuts from a cutter). This is not surprising as it was just wrapped in transparent plastic. I made a complaint and I hope to receive a new one! My rating could be revised depending on customer service... otherwise, apart from the fact that it is damaged, the quality is top! I wanted the ivory color, it was only available in this size. Too bad.
