I really like this brand. However, I was less pleased with the delivery that I requested to be home and that the second package was dropped off at a relay point without notifying me. The lady on the phone was super efficient in telling me where I had to go to pick it up. Nevertheless, when I request home delivery, I like it to be respected...

Delivered before the desired delivery date (while on vacation). Very inconvenient when you have to pick up the package at a relay point when you don't have time to go and need the product. Misunderstanding during a call to customer service before purchase. Accessory was said to be part of the pack by the person on the phone but was not received as it is not actually part of the pack. Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory. I believe I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees again since it wasn't my mistake and it could even have been offered to me. In short, my first experience with Wesco is not encouraging.

Response from Wesco Published on 05/05/2022

Hello, thank you for alerting us through this channel. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand your disappointment regarding the receipt of the order outside the desired timeframe and we acknowledge that you did not receive the response you were looking for. Regarding the product, indeed, you ordered a chair with a tray and a crotch strap, but the crotch strap is fixed to the tray, so it is not possible to use the crotch strap alone, without the tray. For this product, if you wish to use the chair with the crotch strap but without the tray, we offer the accessory alone (reference 63215). This experience does not align with the values upheld by Wesco. It is through this type of feedback that we question ourselves daily, in order to continue improving, refining our product descriptions, with customer satisfaction as our primary goal. We hope you will give Wesco another chance and that we will soon see you back on our site.

The products are impeccable. However, for the delivery, I should have been delivered to a pickup point on Friday, and I only received my order the following Tuesday. I know you are not responsible, which is why I am giving you 5 stars, and if I could rate the postal service, it would be 0.

I have already ordered several items from Wesco and have always been satisfied, but in this specific case, the item was damaged during transport. I find this deplorable, especially since it was the Easter bunny gift for my 4-year-old grandson.
