Very happy with our order. However, the carrier did not want to bring the packages up to the apartment, which is not easy with an 11-month-old baby that you have to leave to go down and fetch the very bulky packages.

Order never received, but debited. Customer service does not take my case seriously after several emails. The delivery person noted on the website 'recipient absent', while I work from home and had been waiting for my order for 10 days. Site to avoid! Debited order but never delivered!

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for bringing your dissatisfaction to our attention as it allows us to question our practices. The carrier we work with has not been serious and we sincerely regret it. One of your packages was lost on their logistics platform which delayed the delivery of your order. Furthermore, we do not control the professionalism of the delivery people and in this specific case, it harms our reputation. Finally, we acknowledge that our processing time has been long and we apologize. Our teams do their utmost every day to shorten this response time. We hope you will give us a second chance and that we will have the opportunity to see you again under better conditions. Have a nice day.
